McDonald’s Chicken Snack Wrap Dupes

McDonald’s Chicken Snack Wrap Dupes

of servings depends on how many chicken tenders and tortillas you buy

INGREDIENTS
🔸1 pack Chicken Tenders, raw
🔸Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
🔸2 Eggs
🔸Shredded Lettuce
🔸Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
🔸Cherry Tomatoes, diced
🔸Ranch Dressing
🔸Avocado Oil
🔸Soft Tortillas, large

INSTRUCTIONS

1️⃣ Whisk 2 eggs in a shallow bowl and set aside. Pour breadcrumbs into a different shallow bowl and set aside. One at a time, take a chicken tender and dunk it in the whisked eggs, coating completely, then transfer to bowl of breadcrumbs and cover completely as well. Try to use one hand for the eggs and the other for the breadcrumbs to keep one hand “wet” and one hand “dry.” Repeat with remaining chicken tenders.

2️⃣ Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, then add avocado oil. After about 3 minutes, carefully place in breaded chicken tenders into the pan, and let cook for 3-5 minutes (depending on heat level of stove). While the tenders cook, prep your sliced cherry tomatoes and set out your shredded lettuce and shredded cheddar cheese. Flip your tenders and cook the other side for 3-5 more minutes.

3️⃣ When the tenders are golden brown on each side, remove from heat and place on a paper towel lined cutting board.

4️⃣ Place a tortilla on a plate. In the middle of the tortilla, drizzle ranch dressing, add one chicken tender, and sprinkle with cheese, lettuce, and tomato. To wrap, fold in the sides and take the side of the tortilla closest to you and pull it over the ingredients, making contact with the other side of the tortilla. Start to roll the snack wrap tightly while keeping the sides tucked in for a perfect wrap.

5️⃣ Repeat step 4 as needed. Serve immediately.

🌟Spice up this recipe by adding buffalo sauce, or make it vegetarian by replacing the chicken tenders with crispy breaded tofu!
